One of our concierge's stopped to snap this.  We got the text and this "in between meetings. want me to do anything?"  Nope, you just enjoy. Jealous.

We can't believe we get to meet with property owners of some of the coolest houses in the city ... they're also renting their homes out (using either #airbnb or #VRBO and looking for someone to handle the entire rental period for them). That's us!

A home that's on the market for sale but is still being rented out for vacation renters.  Verrrrry interesting and truthfully, the first time we've come across this situation. Oh well, doesn't matter to us. 

It's not every day you run across a celebrity who also lists their home on a vacation rental website. I wonder if his guests know who's home it is. Well, gotta get back to work on our checklist!

"Why yes, we do provide a complimentary gift basket for your guests upon their arrival. Great, we'd be honored to handle your rental for the next week."
