Judge Rules For Airbnb...But The Fight Isn't Over
The New York State Supreme Court ruled in favor of Airbnb when it granted its motion to quash a subpoena.
The Attorney General stated in response it will redraft and reissue the subpoena tailoring its request to the court's specifications.

New Yorks Attorney General Going After Airbnb
Legal paperwork was filed on Friday by the New York Attorney General's office seeking to require Airbnb to turn over names of some of its clients they feel are sidestepping New York hotel laws and regulations. The AG is subpoenaing records of certain members they believe are running "illegal hotels".
